With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce Laabs (Moultrie, Georgia), who passed away on December 23, 2025 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhard Bublitz and Hilda Voigt Bublitz; her husband Donald O. Laabs; her siblings, Betty Jean Kirst and William Bubiltz; her son-in-law Thomas Yogerst; her grandson Andrew Yogerst; and her great grandchild Korbin Rice.
She is survived by: her daughters, Charmaine Johnson (Terry Johnson) of Moultrie and Elisabeth Yogerst of Green Bay, Wisconsin; her brother James Bublitz (Bonnie); her grandchildren, Brian Johnson, Jeff Johnson, Charlie Johnson, Brian Yogerst and Amanda Rice; and her great grandchildren, Madigan Yogerst, Konner Rice, Kayla Johnson and Samantha Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
