She was predeceased by: her parents, Aaron Hardwick and Mary Elizabeth Gainous; her husband Reverend Ronald Teaford Barrett; and her siblings, Vernon Hardwick, Dennis Hardwick, John Hardwick, Anne Reddick and Shirley Poe.
She is survived by: her children, Ronald T. "Ronnie" Barrett, Jr. of Tifton, Paula Barrett of Barney and Pam Burgess of Moultrie; her grandchildren, Ryan Burgess of Moultrie and Aaron Brown (Ginny) of Canton, Georgia; and her great grandchildren, Jacob Brown, Katie Brown, Malia Cook, Danica Burgess and Ryder Burgess.
A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the Mount Olive Baptist Church (126 Mt Olive Church Rd, Moultrie, GA 31788).
