She is survived by: her parents, Ethan Rayce Hurst and Shelly Marie Azar; her grandparents, Kandice, Buddy Hurst, Tina and Courtney Azar; and her great-grandparents, Kathy, Danny Singley, Sandra, Rene Azar, Sharron Hurst and Debra Chitty.
