She is survived by: her parents, Wayne Thomas Dorminey and Jeanette Massey Moates; her husband Tommy Willoughby, Jr.; her children, Ashton Michael Willoughby (Crystal), Stormy Danielle Willoughby, Gracie Lee Willoughby, Dylan Thomas Willoughby and Paige Virginia Willoughby; her grandchildren, Lucian Willoughby, Xara Willoughby, Freddie Benton and Aiden Willoughby; and her siblings, Brittany and Chaney. She is also survived by other extended family members and friends.
