He is survived by: his children, Michael Stevenson McMurphy of Ray City and Silence Grace McMurphy; and his siblings, Betty Lou (Pope), Carolyn Ann (Jack Gibson), James Ronnie (Kathy McMurphy), Bobbie Jean McCook, Virginia Ann (Joey Meads), Harold Junior (Debbie McMurphy) and Leonard Craig (Dana McMurphy). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
