He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence "L. B." Causey and Blanche Hart Causey; and his siblings, Lawrence Causey, Fred Causey, Evelyn Allegood and Harrell Causey.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Ann Causey; his children, Dwayne Causey (Sima), Mason Causey (Stephanie) and Sheila Causey; his grandchildren, Brittany Touchton (Zeph), Whitney Lindsey (Matt), Camellia Naquil (Ian), Rebekah Causey, Madison Causey, Mason Causey, Connor Causey, Aiden Causey, Kylei Somerville-Kelly, Cameron Somerville, Khloe Somerville and Alexander Rodriguez; his great grandchildren, Israel Causey, Wyatt Rosencrantz, Gaberial Causey, Silas Touchton, Jack Lindsey, Slate Touchton, Lanie Lindsey, Ares Causey and Kadence Kelly; his nephew Donnie Causey; and his niece Cathy Causey. He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.
