He is survived by: his parents, Roberto Canas Mascorro of Brownsville and Rosalia Alejandra Alcantara Rodriguez of Moultrie; his wife Teresita Moreno Duarte Canas of Moultrie; his children, Juan Carlos Mendoza, Cindy Gonzalez, Carmen Gonzalez, Katelan Suggs, Roberto Cana, Jr., Julian Cana and Isabella Cana; and his siblings, Rosaisela Cana, Edgar Francisco Cana, Alejandra Maribel Cana, Eliana Berg, Jesus Robereto Cana, Jose Antonio Cana and Violeta Irving Cana. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
