We are sad to announce that on March 21, 2024, at the age of 71, Roger Franklin Dell of Moultrie, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Winfred Franklin Dell and Mary Smithwick Dell; his son Casey Allen; and his siblings, Sue Jarvis and Ricky Dell.

He is survived by : his wife Gina T. Dell; his children, Alicia Hayes (Darry), Scott Hayes, Clint Watts, Tawnya Dell, Kim Allen, Jr. (Amanda) and Ben Allen (Amber); his siblings, Keith Dell, Sherry Weathers (Rick) and Gwyn Dell; and his pet Ziggy. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren, numerous extended family members and friends.
