She is survived by: her husband James Melson "Jimmy" Jeter; her daughter Emily Jeter Evans (Ralph "Griffin" Evans) of Douglas, Georgia; her grandchildren, Charles Griffin Evans and Katherine Jeter Evans; and her siblings-in-law, Gussie Montford Turner, Daniel "Dan" Burke Jeter and Felicity Small Jeter.
In lieu of flowers and in honor of Rosalind's life, memorial contributions may be made to the Moultrie YMCA, the Colquitt County Arts Center, the First Presbyterian Church of Moultrie or to the charity of your choice.
