She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Hubert Phillips and Carrie Elizabeth Phillips; and her brothers, James Phillips and Luther "Buddy" Phillips. She is survived by: her husband Michael Wade; her children, Candace Wade and Brian Wade (Ashley); and her grandchildren, Mikaylaa and Maxx Wade. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Peeples (14165 N Main St, Jacksonville, FL 32218). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 17th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
