She is survived by: her husband David Hurst; her sons, Johnny Paul Johnson, Justin Matthew Johnson and Jesse Hutchinson Johnson; and her siblings, Marilyn Bivins (Billy Truett), Deborah Phillips and Tommy Rayburn. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and other extended family.
