William Gary Carter Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William Gary Carter of Moultrie, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 4, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Osmus Carter and Mary Evelyn Crumly Carter; his son Paul Jack Carter, Sr.; and his sister Marsha Watson. He is survived by: his wife Jody Katherine Manley Carter; his daughter Jeanna Carter; his grandchildren, Justin Sprouse, Jason Tyler Sprouse, Kyle Williams, Paul Jack Carter, Jr. and Ella Reese Carter; and his great grandchildren, Joshua Sprouse and Ari Sprouse.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 3:45 PM at the Cobb Funeral Chapel (2441 Camilla Hwy, Moultrie, GA 31768). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
Memorial contributions in his memory may be made to The Parkinson's Foundation.
