He is survived by: his children, Wayne Welch (Eva), Debbie Darlene Mitchell (Steve), Tammy Welch, Johnny Goddard, Tracie, Javier Munoz and Kristi Welch (Xavior Brown); his grandchildren, Ashley Welch, Stephanie Brown, Heather Reese, Brandy Jolly, Jennifer Mitchell, Terry Mitchell, Matthew Mitchell and Bryan Dell; and his sister Margaret Thomas. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
