It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Gladys Dean Payne Graham of Mount Airy, Georgia, born in Stephens, Georgia, who passed away on February 20, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by : her parents, Bert G. Dean and Dillie James Dean; and her former life partner Roy Payne. She is survived by : her children, Lynn Tarbush of Snellville, GA, Angie Barger of Cornelia, GA, Jodi Strong (Juan Rodriguez) of Columbia, TN, Rick Payne (Pat) of Rabun Gap, GA, Christi Bohannon (Trent) of Mt. Airy, GA and Nicki Bryson of Clarkesville, GA. She is also survived by 27 Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren as well as several nieces and nephews.
