He is survived by: his parents, Jerry and Teresa Tullis of Mount Airy; his wife Edwina Simmons Tullis; his daughters, Christina Cody and Chassatie Swain (Jacob); his grandchildren, Brantlee, Camden, Jax of Wyatt, E. J. and Emma; his stepsister Jana Osteen; and his aunts, Eva Mae Tyler and Frances Tullis.
