He was predeceased by: his father Samuel Cooper. He is survived by: his mother Charlene Franklin Cooper; his grandchildren, Cameron, Chloe Dorsey, Kingston and Eli Cooper; and his brothers, Wendell Cooper (Sandra), Mitchell Cooper and Michael Cooper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
