He was predeceased by: his wife Frances Waugh Lawrence; his parents, Ezra Tillman Lawrence and Loney Carolyn Smith; and his siblings, Ruth Lawrence Durden, Frances Lawrence Roberson, Willie T. "Buddy" Lawrence and Sylvester Lawrence.
He is survived by: his brothers, Wilbert Lawrence and Harold E. Lawrence (Donna) of Alston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Ronald V. Hall Funeral Home (310 North St W, Vidalia, GA 30475). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 21st 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
