It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Jake Fountain of Mount Vernon, Georgia, who passed away on February 16, 2024, at the age of 37, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by : his stepbrother Jordan Byrd. He is survived by : his father Harry Fountain (Angela) of Mt. Vernon; his sisters, Ashleigh Fountain of Richmond and Jessica Fountain Peacock (Ashley) of Gray, Georgia; and his stepsister Alexis Byrd Fountain (Justin) of Mt. Vernon. He is also survived by two aunts, one niece, one step-nephew and several cousins.
