He is survived by: his sister Teresa Cook (Michael); his children, Adrienne West (Chuck) and Derrick Stevens; his grandchildren, Shepard and Lillian West; his children, Holly Stevens Wainwright (Josh) and Luke Stevens; and his grandchildren, MaryAlice and Liam Wells.
