It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cordell Wainright of Nahunta, Georgia, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Wainright and Louise Byrd Wainright; and his siblings, Derrell Wainright and Beth Wainright. He is survived by: his son Jeffery Wainright of Nahunta; his grandchildren, Alexis Wainright of Dayton, OH and Paige Wainright of Waycross; his great grandchild Ellie Brooke Jones; his siblings, Ronnie (Shirley Wainright) of Nahunta, Randy Wainright of Nahunta, Evelyn Drew, Ruth (Andy Harris) and Kay (Farley Lee); the mother of his child Darlene Wainright; and his friend Earline Strickland.
