He is survived by : his son Jason Middleton of Bachlott; his grandchildren, Chevi Middleton (Jennifer) of Bachlott, George Middleton (Emily) of Hoboken, Garrett Able of Hoboken, Bailey Middleton of Nahunta, Thad Middleton of Bachlott, Brody Tuff "Bobo" Middleton of Brunswick and Cason Newman of Bachlott; and his great grandchildren, Elsie Middleton, Jeb Middleton, Harper Able, Addie Middleton, Hudson Middleton, Baylor Sumner and Landree Middleton.
