He is survived by: his father Eugene Talmadge Starling of St. George, Georgia; his children, Devon Starling of Macclenny and Julie Jones Starling of Sanderson; and his brothers, Tony Starling of Hoboken and Mark Starling (Laurie) of Nahunta, Georgia. He is also survived by five grandchildren.
