With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Olen Melvin Mock Jr. of Nahunta, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 26, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Olen departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Olen may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Olen leaves behind.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Olen Melvin Mock, Sr. and Dorothy Juanita Sheffield Mock; and his brother Rory Gill Mock. He is survived by: his wife Vernoy Mock of Nahunta; his son Charles Mock (Julie) of Hoboken; and his grandsons, Jay Mock and Jonathan Mock.
