She was predeceased by: her parent Eddie Lewis; her brother Jesse Lewis; her aunt Anna Lee; and her mother-in-law Trish Hickox. She is survived by: her mother Diane Lee Lewis; her husband Troy Hickox; her children, Dalton Hickox and Deziree Hickox; her daughter-in-law Haileigh Leinaar; and her brother Wayne Lewis. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
