He was predeceased by: his parents, Graham Waters and Gladys Waters; and his sister Dawn Waters. He is survived by: his wife Heidi Waters; his daughter Sarah Biston (James); his grandchildren, Christopher Waters, Nevaeh Zagroski, Bryce Zagroski and Zachary Biston; his siblings, Donna Waters-Gibson (Tony) and Tony Waters (Tina); and his friends, Jeffery Johns (Judy) and Matt Brooker (Stacey).
