She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Louise Smith Bennett; and her sister Joyce Bennett. She is survived by: her husband Wayne Bennett of Nashville; her sons, Scottie Bennett of Nashville and Brad Bennett (Suzanne) of Nashville; her grandsons, Jacob Bennett of Marrietta and Levi Bennett of Nashville; and her brother John Smith of Nashville.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Community Methodist Church (2978 South Coffee Road, Nashville, GA 31639). A funeral service will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
