He was predeceased by: his parents, Carrie Ella McKinnon and James Seaborn Bailey; and his brothers, John David Bailey (Sandra) and Charles Wesley Bailey (late Peggy). He is survived by: his wife Wenda Gaile Bailey; his sister Mary Alice Bailey King (late Richard Lee King); his nephews, Byron Scott Bailey (Kelly), Matthew Todd Bailey (Danielle), Jonathon Bailey, Kevin Bailey (Annette) and Nolan Bailey; his niece Mia Bailey; his stepdaughter Jennifer L. Smith (Rodney); his stepgranddaughter Madison Smith King (Blaine); his stepgreat-granddaughter Indy Kate King; and his former wife Rosemarie Griffin Bailey of Orlando.
