He was predeceased by: his parents, William Tillman Chivers and Naomi Smith Bailey; his wife Sharon Wynell "Nell" Chivers; his granddaughter Brooke Chivers; and his sister Judy Jernigan.
He is survived by: his children, Becky Schuebert (Ted) of Valdosta and Billy Chivers (Jennifer) of Winder; his stepson Koven Luke (Janice) of Adel; his grandchildren, Kasey Luke (Brooke), Teddy Schuebert (Bre) and Scott Schuebert; and his great grandchildren, Hansley Luke and Addie Luke.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Flat Creek Cemetery. A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
