She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Bryant "J. B." Goodman and Pat Goodman; and her siblings, June Cooper, Betty Browning, Annetta Brady, Janie Brooks, J. L. Goodman and David Benton.
She is survived by: her sons, Kevin James Benefield (Brandy) of Lakeland and Cassidy Shawn Benefield of Myrtle Beach, SC; and her sisters, Peggy Goodman of Blackshear, Nancy Filipo of Poulan and Diane Sirmans of Ray City. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 16 great-grandchildren.
