He is survived by: his children, Amy White (Jamie) of Nashville and Joe Rowan, Jr. (Lisa) of Ashburn; and his grandchildren, Austin Rowan of Ashburn, Cameron Rowan of Ashburn, Karlee Rowan of Ashburn, Elizabeth Bryant (TJ) of Lenox, Hunter White of Nashville, Tim Mixon of Nashville and Drew Mixon of Nashville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
