She was predeceased by: her parents, Duval Spicer and Kathleen Broome Spicer; her husband Wilburn Jefferson "Jeff" Luke; her half-sisters, Gladys Davis and Estelle Quaid; her brothers, Robert Spicer and McRoy Spicer; her great grandchild Brice Bailey; and her great great grandchildren, Birkley Powell and Briggs Powell.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Walker (Reece) of Nashville, Elizabeth Smith (Richard) of Fitzgerald, Rev. Clarence Luke (Sonya) of Nashville, Tommy Luke (Lois) of Nashville and W. D. Luke of Lakeland; and her brothers, Troy Spicer (Nellie Jo) of Alapaha, Roy Spicer (Judy) of Hillard, FL and Earl Spicer (Elizabeth) of Alapaha. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 22 great grandchildren; 8 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, November 3rd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lovein Funeral Home (1218 Adel Hwy, Nashville, GA 31639). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Lovein Funeral Home (1218 Adel Hwy, Nashville, GA 31639).
