He is survived by: his son Kyle Kullmann of Nashville; his sister Karen Fantozzi (Vinnie) of Dunn, NC; his stepsister Christina Lewis of Mount Pleasant, SC; and his significant other Terrie Huff of Nashville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren.
