She was predeceased by: her parents, William Bruce Bailey and Laura Sylvania Robinson Bailey; her husband William Wallace "Buddy" Dampier; and her siblings, James Howard Bailey and Betty Jean Lindsey.
She is survived by: her children, Brenda Wood (Henry) of Murfreesboro, TN, Sylvia Pfaff of Hahira, Melba Taylor of Hahira, David Dampier (Paige) of Nashville and Tim Dampier (Tammy) of Nashville; and her grandchildren, Cheryl Lowery (Matt), Becky Walker, Felicia Young, Tonya Fox, Amy Walsworth, Krystle Cole (Adam), Brad Dampier, Christa Juneau (John) and Austin Dampier (Brittany). She is also survived by 28 great-grandchildren; 2 great-great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
