Ruth Groninger Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Ruth Groninger of Nashville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 18, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Erik Ramstack and Lillian Giese Ramstack; and her siblings, Donald, Eugene, Harold Ramstack, Laverne Teske and Dorothy Jeranek.
She is survived by: her children, Sue Barkman (Joe) of Nashville, Rev. Ronald Groninger (Karen) of Almont, ND and Jerald Groninger of Plain City, UT; her grandchildren, Andrew Groninger (Yulia), Nathan Groninger (Laura), Luke Groninger (Cherie), Elizabeth Rutland (Brad), Angela Braswell (Pablo) and Kristen Groninger; and her daughter-in-law Nancy Groninger of California. She is also survived by 11 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to the Dec Lacs First United Methodist Church Building Fund (33 3rd Ave SE, Des Lacs, ND 58733).
