He is survived by: his parents, Steven Franklin Jenkins and Virginia Jenkins of Blue Ridge; his sons, Cole Jenkins (Morgan Massey) of Valdosta, Trey Jenkins (Rosalia) of Toccoa, Sam Jenkins of Nashville and Rylan Dowdy of Thomasville; his brother Jason Jenkins of Toccoa; his grandchildren, Kinsee, Ashton and Denver; and his close friend Teresa Evans of Sparks.
