He was predeceased by: his parents, Tate Jessie Woody and Velma McMillan Woody. He is survived by: his wife Martha Godwin Woody of Nashville; and his children, Becky Stevens (Tony) of Nashville, Jackie Gaskins (Ronny) of Nashville, Jane Cornelius of Nashville, Bill Cornelius (Lynn) of Adel and Mike Cornelius (Melissa) of St. Augustine. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 23 great grandchildren.
