She was predeceased by: her parents, Arlie Lemon Saul and Daisy Sue Martin Saul; her husband Oscar David Underwood; her children, Carol Underwood McKoy and Oscar David Underwood, Jr.; and her sister Arlene.
She is survived by: her children, Patricia Underwood and Arlie "A. L." Underwood. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, February 9th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McKoon Funeral Home (38 Jackson St, Newnan, GA 30263). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 9th 2026 from 2:30 PM to 2:45 PM at the Forest Lawn Memorial Park (656 Roscoe Rd, Newnan, GA 30263).
