He was predeceased by: his father Larry Kjar. He is survived by: his mother Linnea Kjar-Hopp; his children, Hope Kjar and Gabriel Kjar; his former wife Lisa Kjar; his fiancé Tiffanie Hitchcock; and his siblings, Aaron Kjar, Kathryn Kjar and Rachel Kjar. He is also survived by father figure to many nieces, nephews, and extended family.

Flowers are welcome as well as donations made to Dirty Feet Missions in Brad's name.
