Carol leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Carol’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Carol will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Neal McKenney and Grace McKenney; her sister Cornelia; and her daughter Cornelia. She is survived by: her sisters, Jane Jordan and Cindy McKenney; her husband Hugh Farmer, III; her sons, Hugh Farmer, IV and Neal Hardaway Farmer; and her daughter-in-law Courtney Markel.
A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Central Baptist Church (14 W Broad St p, Newnan, GA 30264).
