He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy F. Cook and Gladys W. Cook; his wife Virginia G. Cook; and his sons, Charles L. Cook and Michael K. Cook.
He is survived by: his grandsons, Isaac M. Cook, Owen L. Cook and Samuel K. Cook. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, devoted caregivers, many friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Royal Baptist Church (70 Mayo Royal Industrial Dr, Newnan, GA 30263).
