He was predeceased by : his parents, James Claude Hollums, Jr. and Ruth M. Hollums. He is survived by : his wife Robin L. Hollums; his children, India Jackson (Joseph), Joshua Hollums (Keri Sutton) and Justin Hollums (Danielle Gunn); his siblings, James C. Hollums, III, William J. Hollums, Betty Routh (Sherman) and Becky Keltner (Chris); his grandchildren, Graysen Jackson, Asher Jackson and Brooks Hollums; and his nieces and nephews, Mitchell Bone, Jamie Hollums, Jesse Hollums and Johanna Stapleton.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 30th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Hillcrest Chapel (1 Bullsboro Dr, Newnan, GA 30263). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Macedonia Baptist Church (1504 Macedonia Rd, Newnan, GA 30263). A burial was held on Wednesday, May 1st 2024 at the Macedonia Baptist Church Cemetery (1504 Macedonia Rd, Newnan, GA 30263).
