With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Donna Eileen Strauser of Newnan, Georgia, who passed away on October 29, 2025 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward James and Effie Hartley Cushing (Foster); her husband Thomas Anthony Strauser; her siblings, Edward Cushing (Lisa), Daniel Cushing (Patricia) and Diane "Nina" Downing (Cushing); and her son Tommy Strauser (Theresa).
She is survived by: her sisters, Anna Griffin (Kevin), Norma Roche (Paul) and Heidi Cournoyer; and her children, Daniel Strauser (Darlene), Diane Prasad (Anil), Lauren Strauser, Mary Hinely (Robert) and Donna Elizabeth Schroder (Carl). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the McKoon Funeral Home (38 Jackson St, Newnan, GA 30263). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the McKoon Funeral Home Chapel (38 Jackson St, Newnan, GA 30263). A reception was held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 4:00 PM at the Historic Train Depot (60 E Broad St, Newnan, GA 30263).
