She was predeceased by: her husband Steven Leonard Hoig; her parents, William Powers and Edna Keltner Powers; and her siblings, William Powers, Jr., Dorothy Glimstad and Marian Andreg.
She is survived by: her children, Robert C. Baxter (Bianca), Gordon K. Makimoto (Lucy), Becky Glenn (Wayne), Beth McGuffey (Michael), Barbara Barrows (David) and Diane Samia (Gilbert); and her sisters, Madge Babbich, Wanda Smith and Wilma Smith. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
The inurnment will be held on Friday, August 15th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Georgia National Cemetery.
