She was predeceased by: her husband Morris "Smitty" Smith; her parents, Dewey Claude Young and Martha Rhoda Young; and her siblings, Jeanne Trebing, Dewey Young, Jr. and Tommy Young.
She is survived by: her children, Donald L. Smith (Ruthie), Debbie Canup (Leon) and Kim Bailey (Greg); her grandchildren, Chris Smith, Bridget Nannini and Natalie Bailey; and her great grandchildren, Abigail Nannini, Samantha Nannini, Nicholas Nannini and Gianna Nannini. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to Heatherwood Baptist Church, 721 Shenandoah Blvd, Newnan, GA 30265, in memory of Mrs. Smith.
