He is survived by: his wife Cindy Hubbard Fulton; his children, Samuel Martin Fulton (Ashley), Randall Jackson Fulton, Eric Ray Fulton (Melissa), Jason Hubbard (Becky) and Jamie Morris (Michael); his sister-in-law Jackie Hemmings (Jimmy); and his siblings, Ray Fulton, Nanci Hickerson and Timmy Fulton. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren.
