She was predeceased by: her parents, Josie Brownie Hinesley Estep and Louie Bee Estep; her daughter Elaine (Reuben); and her siblings, Vivian Miller, Katherine Burnham and Louie Estep.
She is survived by: her children, Allen Smith (Dot) and Susan Riggs (Rodney); her brother David (Sadie Estep); her grandchildren, Tabatha Shoemaker (Johnny), Jennifer Wallace (Tracy), Kevin Riggs (Natalie), Jamie Smith, Caleb Smith (Jessica), Keith Riggs (Kalyn) and Haley Smith; her great grandchildren, Cody Shoemaker, Jonathan Smith (Stphanie), Heather Owen (Shane), Gabe, Wyatt Wallace, Amelia, Willa Riggs and Walker Smith; and her great great grandchild Matthew Owen.
Visitation will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the McKoon Funeral Home (38 Jackson St, Newnan, GA 30263). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Chapel of McKoon Funeral Home (38 Jackson St, Newnan, GA 30263).
