He is survived by: his daughters, Geralyn, Cindy Adamson and Nikki Mitchell; his grandchildren, Michael Brocki (Cathy) and Shawntel Campbell; his siblings-in-law, Donna Messersmith, Cleo Barthuly (Roland) and Mark Messersmith; his brother Clif Mitchell; and his extended family, Jonathan, Julie Showalter and Victoria (family: Morgan, Sophie).
