He was predeceased by: his parents, Corrie Mae Pitts Jackson and Henry Irving Jackson, Sr.; his wife Susan Addy Upshaw Jackson; and his brother Benjamin Horace Jackson. He is survived by: his stepson Alan Upshaw; his brother Dann Jackson; and his niece Shannon Jackson Hambridge.
