He is survived by: his wife Susan Coleen Peryam (Warhola); his son Noah Andrew Peryam (Viki Timian); his grandchildren, Gabriel Kai Peryam (Victoria Stuart) and Sadira Mai Peryam; and his siblings, Elizabeth Anne Reshower (Peryam) and John Gardiner Peryam.
