He was predeceased by: his parents, John Bernard Dillon and Mary Catherine Dillon. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Elizabeth Dillon of Newnan; his children, Dawn Bohls (Edward Bohls) of Hyattsville, MD, Laura Shutt (Michael Shutt) of Marietta, GA and Shawn Dillon (Chellie Dillon) of Sumrall, MS; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Da Costa (Goncalo Da Costa) of Gulf Breeze, FL, Elizabeth Shutt of Chicago, IL, Emily Dillon of Tallahasee, FL, William Shutt of Chicago, IL and Molly Dillon of College Station, TX; and his great grandchild Carter Da Costa.
A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 22nd 2026 at 10:30 AM at the St. George Catholic Church (771 Roscoe Rd, Newnan, GA 30263).
